Art Trading Cards(ATC’s): Every year, Art 231 & 232 Printmaking Studentsparticipate in the international ATC movement. Started in 1997 by M.Vänçi Stirnemann in Zurich Switzerland the concept is to create little shareable artworks. The only stipulation is that they are 2.5x3.5” or roughly the size of baseball cards. The printmaking students had added qualifiers connecting with the final aspect of their relief printmaking unit. Their artworks were required to be multi-block, three-color printsusing economical materials. Their subject had to be a figure/no words and connect with the synopsis and characters of the Fall 2022 New River Players production. They are delighted to share their creations with you and hope you continue to collect artworks and support the arts’ community locally and beyond.
